Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"We" refers to TEXTIAA (Textiaa). "You" refers to any user of the Services.

By accessing the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Free: limited access to Services, personal use, restricted features and quotas.
PRO: access to advanced features and extended usage rights, suited for professional use.
Academic: designed for students/researchers (academic projects, exports, and dedicated tools depending on the offer).
Each plan includes quotas (e.g. word credits, academic projects). Exact quotas and features are shown on the Pricing page at time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, period credits/quotas do not carry over to the next period. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
In case of a plan change (upgrade/downgrade), the applicable access rights and quotas are those of the active offer per the rules displayed at the time of change.

Included features & services

Depending on your plan, you have access to all or part of the following features:

Writing & generation: academic writing assistant, outline generator, essay/thesis generator, bibliography citation generator (APA, MLA, IEEE), AI writer, automatic summarizer.
Analysis & verification: plagiarism detection, AI content detector, grammar and style checker.
Text transformation: AI text humanizer, Rephraser PRO, paraphraser, multilingual AI translator, text shortener.
Image & media: AI image generation, automatic background removal.
Assistant & tools: AI Chat, AI homework helper, AI dictionary.

Quotas per feature (word credits, image generations, academic projects, etc.) depend on your subscribed plan and are detailed on the Pricing page.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscribed plan.
Any resale, redistribution, copying, reverse engineering or extraction of the Service or its outputs is prohibited.
You agree not to submit any illegal, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content.
You remain responsible for verifying results (citations, sources, accuracy) before any academic or professional use.
In case of abuse (quota circumvention, automated scripts, model extraction attempts), access may be limited or suspended.

We may adjust prices/features with reasonable prior notice; anti-abuse monitoring.

Immediate access to digital content/quotas; generally non-refundable except as required by law.

The Service and its contents remain the property of TEXTIAA. Generated outputs: license per plan.

We may suspend or terminate in case of violation or security risk.

Service provided "as is" and "as available".

Overall liability limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months, subject to applicable legal provisions.

Governing law: France. Competent jurisdiction: Tribunal judiciaire de Paris.

Textiaa may offer an affiliate program allowing certain approved users to recommend the Service via a referral link.

Eligibility: access to the affiliate program may be subject to validation and criteria (audience, compliance, country, etc.).
Referral link: you may only promote the Service using your personal link and in accordance with these Terms.
Commission: applies only to eligible paid subscriptions taken out by referred users.
Validation: a commission may be confirmed after payment and a security period (cancellation, chargeback, refund).
Payment: payments are made via PayPal, each last Friday of the month, with no minimum withdrawal.
Refunds: in case of cancellation or refund, the associated commission may be cancelled or adjusted.
Compliance: any deceptive practice (spam, false promises, fraudulent traffic purchase, use of prohibited trademarks/ads) may result in affiliate account suspension and commission cancellation.
